Tom is the owner of a small CRM consulting firm. While his projects and clients had historically been very technically focused, he was given a new challenge – designing a new contracting process for a large media company. This represented a great opportunity for Tom to expand his company’s footprint, however he had little experience packaging and presenting information to C-Suite level executives.

Jennie had been working for a company for around 5 years after graduating college and was growing increasingly frustrated by the lack of growth opportunities available to her. She felt stagnant and was itching to expand her experience, take on greater accountability and make a bigger impact through her work. She began working with Kristine, a former consultant herself, to get the “inside track” on making the move.
