		<description>Just coming into the consulting scene, I can see where coaching can take a very prominent role in the development of new consultants.  Some firms do better with coaching/mentoring than others but most every company fails to bring this process outside of any performance reporting structure and therefore limits the honesty that can be shared at times.</description>
